Terms of Service

Qyuki Transcribe (the “Service”) is an internal tool operated by Qyuki Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. at transcribe.qyuki.com. By signing in or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.

• Members of the Qyuki and MotorBeam teams, signing in with an account managed by the qyuki.com or motorbeam.com Google Workspace. Personal Google accounts are refused, even with a work address.
• People using a computer on the Qyuki office network, who can use it without signing in. Their history is tied to that browser.

Access is for work purposes only. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. Tell us straight away at legal@qyuki.com if you think your account has been misused.

• Transcribes audio and video (including Hindi and Hinglish), with optional speaker labels and translation to English
• Produces subtitles and documents (SRT, VTT, text, Word, CSV, PDF) and lets you edit them
• Burns animated captions into video and creates Reels in Reel Studio
• Offers AI helpers (summaries, chapters, titles, clip ideas, hook titles) and read-only share links for colleagues

All processing runs on Qyuki's own servers. Fair-use limits apply (for example, a cap on uploads per day and on files processed at once).

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights
• Record or upload people without the consent the law requires
• Try to access other users' files, get around access controls or limits, or disrupt the Service
• Probe, scan or attack the Service or the network it runs on
• Share your access, or share links, with people outside the teams listed above

You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the transcripts, captions and videos the Service produces from them. We process them only to provide the Service to you and the colleagues you share them with.

AI output can be wrong. Transcripts, translations, captions and AI suggestions must be reviewed before you publish or rely on them.

Uploads, transcripts, captioned videos, Reel projects and share links are deleted automatically 48 hours after upload. You can delete them sooner at any time. The Service is not an archive: download anything you need to keep.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

The Service is provided for internal use and may be changed, paused or limited at any time, for example for maintenance or when the servers are busy. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Qyuki Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. gives no warranties about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data that was not downloaded before it was deleted.

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken, if your work account is closed, or to protect the Service and its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
